Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

-in the same condition as received

-unused and unworn

-in its original packaging

-with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

-your order number

-the item you wish to return

Returns must be sent to a parcel locker located in Valmiera, Latvia. Detailed return instructions will be provided after your request is approved.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless:

-the item is defective

-the item is damaged

-the wrong item was received

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

-personalized or custom-made products

-perishable goods

-opened personal care products

-sale items

-broken items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your product and place a new order.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the same conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
