Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

We offer delivery via parcel lockers and courier services.
Estimated delivery times:
-Latvia: 1–3 business days
-Estonia & Lithuania: 2–4 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping provider and location.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
We offer free shipping on orders over €50.
Parcel locker delivery
Customers can choose their preferred parcel locker location during checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with pickup instructions from the selected delivery provider.
Failed delivery / unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is not collected from the parcel locker within the specified time and is returned to us:
-the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs
-we may deduct shipping costs from the refund
Incorrect address
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
